Since 2018 the team at Frisette has been creating delicious meal-size salads and wraps ...
oh and addictively yummy cookies!   You can find us on the corner of Monkland and Marcil, right in the heart of Montreal's beautiful Monkland Village.   

Everything we create begins with our basic beliefs that eating healthy shouldn't be boring and that life is a beautiful balancing act.  That's why you can usually find us with a giant salad in one hand and a fresh baked cookie in the other.  Balance!

All of our salads are available in individual meal size or in a shareable family size

Our home-made cookies are baked fresh daily and are guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
